TECHNICAL INFORMATION:

HARD CHROME PLATING - BSPS adapts the standard Hard Chrome Solution ( food Grade ) . It is applied thru electroplating process.( D.C. current ). Hard Chrome coating has a superficial ( skin deep ) hardness of approx. 670-72 VHN ( 67-72 HRC ). It is directly applied and bonds to metal being plated without using intermediate bonding coating such as nickel and copper. Chrome is very hard and can withstand temperatures of up to max. of 70-750 C and below 0 C. It can be polished to mirror finish.
